Stretching

Joints can become stiff or painful due to trauma, joint changes or surgery.  The aim of stretching is to restore or maintain the normal range of motion of joints and muscle flexibility.

It is relaxing and reduces tension and stiffness and increases circulation. It improves muscle, tendon and ligament elasticity and enhances the flexibility and range of movement of the joints.
